This informal webinar with ANVILL Project Manager, Jeff Magoto, is aimed at those new to ANVILL. It discusses the background of the software and several use cases. Each of the core speech tools is explained and illustrated: Voiceboard, TCast, the Media templates, and Quizzes and Surveys.
The audience for this was participants in an online class for EFL teachers, offered by the American English Institute's eLearning Program.

This term the University of Oregon's American English Institute is offering 3 sections of Building Teaching Skills through the Interactive Web to 75 EFL educators in more than 25 different countries. The team teaching the course invited ANVILL Project Manager, Jeff Magoto, to introduce how ANVILL is being used internationally.
At the end of March ANVILL project manager Jeff Magoto and his Yamada Language Center colleagues Bené Santos and Sarah Foroughifar gave a four-hour workshop on Authoring with ANVILL at the annual TESOL conference in Philadelphia.
